LIMITATIONS IN THE BOHR MODEL: A DEEPER LOOK

While groundbreaking for its time, the Bohr model had several shortcomings that ultimately proved to be its overthrow. One primary limitation was its lack to completely predict the emissions of multi-electron atoms. The model also failed to demonstrate phenomena like quantumtunneling. Furthermore, its absolute nature contradicted with the inherent
